【Cancellation Policy】 This lesson requires advance payment and reservation. The following cancellation policy applies to any cancellations or changes after booking: Cancellation until the day before the lesson: 50% of the lesson fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellation on the day of the lesson or no-shows: 100% of the lesson fee will be charged. Refunds are generally not provided for weather-related issues, lift closures, or course restrictions. However, even in bad weather, the lesson will be held as long as the ski lifts are operating. If the ski resort is fully closed or if we determine that the lesson cannot be conducted due to safety reasons, we will offer either a rescheduling or a refund, minus any payment processing fees. Cancellation due to Our Circumstances If the lesson cannot be held due to full closure of the ski resort, bad weather, or other safety concerns as determined by our school, we will provide either a reschedule or a refund. Refunds will be made after deducting any applicable payment processing fees. About the Service Lesson content will be adjusted according to your skill level and the conditions on the day. If you request an English-speaking instructor but none is available, the lesson will be conducted in simple English and gestures. Refunds will not be given for this reason. Other Important Notes Your reservation will be confirmed after payment is completed. No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows on the day of the lesson. We have partial insurance coverage for injuries during the lesson; however, not all accidents are fully covered. Please understand this in advance.
