【Cancellation Policy】 This lesson requires advance payment and reservation. The following cancellation policy applies to any cancellations or changes after booking: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled lesson start time: No cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled lesson start time, or no-shows: 100% of the lesson fee will be charged as a cancellation fee. Lessons will generally be held even in bad weather as long as the ski lifts are operating. If the ski resort is fully closed, or if our school determines that the lesson cannot be conducted safely due to weather or other conditions, we will offer either a rescheduling or a refund. Any applicable payment processing fees will be deducted from the refund. About the Service Lesson content will be adjusted according to your skill level and the conditions on the day. Other Important Notes Your reservation will be confirmed after payment is completed. We have partial insurance coverage for injuries during the lesson; however, not all injuries or accidents are fully covered. Please understand this in advance.
